The opportunities for international buyers in the Denver area has never been better! With the strength of foreign currency and downward pressure on prices caused by the foreclosure situation, there has never been a better time to buy! Many foreign investors have told me they feel they are buying properties "50 cents on the dollar" or essentially "half price" because of these factors. Many lower priced properties ($80-150000) make great rentals and cash flow with minimum down. Thats because our prices have decreased, but rents have not, in fact the rental market here is thriving.
