There are many opportunities today in the foreclosure market for the savy investor or the first time buyer. Foreclosures in the Denver area can be bought at steep discounts. My current investors and myself have purchased over 20 homes in the past year, all with instant equity. The lower priced foreclosures ($80-150000) make good rentals and cash flow with minimum down. Many others are great canidates for rehab projects and "fix-n-flips".
